Review
PDF (Portable Document Format) is a document type invented by Adobe Inc. and has become the world's most accepted standard electronic document format for all platforms and devices. PPT to PDF Converter 3.0 is a Microsoft PowerPoint (a part from Microsoft Office) plug-in that enables you to convert your slide-shows to static two dimensional PDF documents. However you will lose all your animations. But you will keep all your colors, images, and your fonts will be merged inside the PDF document so you won't need to include them with your productions. Being a Microsoft PowerPoint plug-in, it can be accessed through the main page of your Microsoft PowerPoint program: just open your slide-show and click the "Save As PDF " icon. The program options offer the ability to define the default location for your output and the Adobe Acrobat version that your output will be compatible with. In addition, you can control the degree of the output compression and the ability of font embedding. Unfortunately, the trial version allows converting of the first slide only and the plug-in will stop working after a certain amount of executions. |
